MILL CREEK, WA – December 4, 2025. Each year, the Mill Creek Family YMCA invites members to support local children through the Giving Tree program, ensuring families in our before and after-school programs and throughout the community feel included and supported during the holiday season.
This year, South County Fire deepened that impact. After asking how they could help, firefighters shopped for 20 of the 50 children on Mill Creek’s list. Even better, they delivered those gifts to the Mill Creek Y this week, bringing holiday spirit straight to our doors.
Precor has also stepped forward through a generous gift card drive, allowing us to provide every family with an additional gift.
Later this month, the Mill Creek Y will be hosting the children and their families for a night of giving. There will be catering from Tapped Mill Creek, festive crafts and games, a visit from Santa, and more. While kids enjoy activities, parents will load up the gifts to take home so their children can open them on Christmas morning.
