Leaders Club
Make a difference through YMCA Leaders Club, a leadership development community service program that helps teens discover their full potential. It is a safe place where teens can come and simply be themselves. Leaders Club is a year-long leadership-development program for middle and high school teens. This program provides teens with extensive leadership training and volunteer opportunities that support YMCA programs and services to the community.
Camp Casey: Grades 6-8
YMCA Camp Casey Leaders Club
A weekly leadership development program for high school students.
Focused on building confidence, character, responsibility, and real-world leadership skills
Program Structure
- Interactive team-building activities and leadership challenges
- Small-group discussions and guided reflection
- Guest speakers from local business, government, service, and nonprofit leadership
- Student leadership roles that promote ownership, accountability, and voice
What Students Can Expect

Rainbow Unity
At Rainbow Unity we enjoy crafts and games, as well as finding community with LGBTQ+ individuals, learn the community’s history, speak about challenges and successes, and hear from community elders all while in a safe space. Rainbow Unity also teaches teens how to positively impact your community through projects and advocacy. All are welcome!
