Make a difference through YMCA Leaders Club, a leadership development community service program that helps teens discover their full potential. It is a safe place where teens can come and simply be themselves. Leaders Club is a year-long leadership-development program for middle and high school teens. This program provides teens with extensive leadership training and volunteer opportunities that support YMCA programs and services to the community.

Age Requirements: 5th-8th Grade

It is a safe place where teens can come and simply be themselves. Leaders Club is a year-long leadership-development program for middle and high school teens. This program provides teens with extensive leadership training and volunteer opportunities that support YMCA programs and services to the community.

At Rainbow Unity we enjoy crafts and games, as well as finding community with LGBTQ+ individuals, learn the community’s history, speak about challenges and successes, and hear from community elders all while in a safe space. Rainbow Unity also teaches teens how to positively impact your community through projects and advocacy. All are welcome!

Located at the Everett YMCA Teen Center
