Small Group Training
Join a small group training session and receive personal attention, programming, and progressions incorporated into a group workout setting. During your first session your trainer will conduct a movement assessment based on the format needs. Open to all members ages 14+. Consider this budget-friendly option to work with one of our certified trainers.
Dry Land Training
Have you ever wanted to increase your stamina and power in swimming?
Incorporating Dry Land training to your routine, might be just the ticket to get you where you need to be. In this small group we will be working on increasing stamina, focusing on power, and cross training other areas of the body. We will be using a variety of methods such as HIIT training to condition the heart, resistance training to improve stroke strength, and flexibility for overall balance the body.

Intro to Weightlifting
These sessions are perfect for anyone wishing to learn how to work out safely in our Wellness Center – our trainer will spend time coaching good form and technique while using various equipment. Learn how to correctly execute the 4 main free weight lifts – Squat, Deadlift, Overhead Press and Chest Press as well as train your cardiovascular system with focus on building endurance and speed.

Move for Life
During the Move for Life Small Group Training program, you will work with a certified personal trainer who will guide you through a variety of exercises that are designed to improve your functional movements to keep you active for as you age. You will engage in a mix of floor to standing work, strength training, and balance exercises that are carefully selected to help you develop better stability. This class is also a great way to aid in fall prevention.
The small group format of this class means that you will receive personalized attention from your trainer and be able to work alongside other like-minded individuals who are all dedicated to improving their health and fitness. This supportive and motivating environment will help you stay on track and achieve your fitness goals.

You’ll squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, rotate, and learn to brace your center while using dumbbells, TRX, bodyweight, and a few more fitness tools. *Must be able to get up and down from the floor unassisted.

Women's Power Hour
Women’s Power hour will help you develop an understanding of fundamental weightlifting with the patterns of push, pull, squat, hinge, lunge, and carry. We will use kettlebells, barbells, and dumbbells, and will have the opportunity to play with battle ropes and slam balls. You can expect to push yourself past your comfort zone and find your strong.
