Join a small group training session and receive personal attention, programming, and progressions incorporated into a group workout setting. Open to all members ages 14+. Consider this budget-friendly option to work with one of our certified trainers.
Total Body Strength Conditioning
Build strength, improve your core function, and learn ways to improve your basic human movement patterns. You’ll squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, rotate, and learn to brace your center while using dumbbells, TRX, bodyweight, and a few more fitness tools. *Must be able to kneel, plank and get up and down from the floor unassisted

Weightlifting for Women 40+
Join us for a 5 week weightlifting program tailored for women in perimenopause and menopause. Working with a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, you will learn to:
-Preserve and build muscle mass
-Improve bone density
-Support metabolism
-Balance hormones
-Minimize joint stress
-Encourage fat loss through lean muscle gain
Must be able to get off the floor unassisted, kneel, and plank.
