Small Group Training
Join a small group training session and receive personal attention, programming, and progressions incorporated into a group workout setting. During your first session your trainer will conduct a movement assessment based on the format needs. Open to all members ages 14+. Consider this budget-friendly option to work with one of our certified trainers.
Cardio & Core
This Cardio and Core Small Group Training will help you hit a new level of fitness. You can expect a high-intensity workout that combines cardio exercises with core stabilizing moves led by personal trainer Ashley. The combination of cardio and core exercises in this training group will help you burn calories, increase your endurance, and build lean muscles. Cardio exercises may include activities such as burpees and box jumps, while core exercises target the abdominal muscles through movements such as bear crawls, get ups, and battle ropes. This is a fun and challenging way to stay motivated and push yourself to new levels of fitness, all in a fun and supportive environment. Give it a try, and see the results for yourself!

Intro to Weightlifting
These sessions are perfect for anyone wishing to learn how to work out safely in our Wellness Center – our trainer will spend time coaching good form and technique while using various equipment. Learn how to correctly execute the 4 main free weight lifts – Squat, Deadlift, Overhead Press and Chest Press as well as train your cardiovascular system with focus on building endurance and speed.

Teen Small Group
60 min session that focuses on speed, agility, and quickness for all athletes. SAQ training aims to improve explosive movements, challenge coordination, and increase cardiorespiratory fitness in a variety of drills. Athletes will work on skills such as acceleration, deceleration, change of direction, plyometric jump training, reaction training, and more.

Women's Power Hour
Women’s Power hour will help you develop an understanding of fundamental weightlifting with the patterns of push, pull, squat, hinge, lunge, and carry. We will use kettlebells, barbells, and dumbbells, and will have the opportunity to play with battle ropes and slam balls. You can expect to push yourself past your comfort zone and find your strong.
