Refund requested 15 days prior to party – full refund minus $50 non-refundable processing fee.
Refund requested 14 days up to 48 hours prior – 50% refund issued as account credit minus $50 non-refundable processing fee. Credit may be used towards a future party/Y activity.

In the case of severe illness or other major incident, the Family Director/Coordinator will work with renter on refund/reschedule.

Yes, all party rental fees are due at time of booking.

All parties are 2 hours in length, including 1 hour in the program space and 1 hour in the party room.

Your room will be available 15 minutes prior to the party. Y staff will go over expectations and get your final guest list from you. Guests may arrive 5 minutes prior to party starting in order to check-in.

Party room will be set up with tables and chairs. You may bring in your decorations but no glitter, confetti, or pinatas. If branch allows wall decorations, you must use either blue painter’s tape or sticky tack. Premium party packages include tablecloths, plates, forks, and napkins as well as 2 balloon bouquets.

Party packages include 15 party participants. Some locations may offer extra guests (up to 20) for an additional fee. Party rooms have limited additional seating for adults.

Yes, in order to continue to keep our Y safe for all our members and guests, we ask that any adults entering our facility show photo id during check-in.

A parent or guardian must fill out a waiver for the child(ren) prior to participating in the birthday party. Waiver can be accessed here

Yes, you are welcome to bring outside food and drink. Please connect with Y staff ahead of time to make sure the branch has refrigeration and/or freezer available. There is no food allowed in pool, gym, or adventure zone. There are no alcohol/drugs/nicotine products allowed on YMCA property.

No, you must bring your own towels and goggles. Floaties are not allowed in our pools but we do have some pool toys at each branch that may be available. We also have life jackets available for use. If providing your own, it must be a coast guard certified life jacket.

The party host will walk you and your guests to the pool area where YMCA lifeguards will be present. Guests must adhere to all rules and guidelines of the pool area. Please review the pool rules prior to booking a pool party. Swimmers who cannot pass a swim test must have a parent or guardian in the water within arms’ reach (up to 2 non-swimmers per adult). Please review the aquatics guidelines for the Swim test and Pool rules

Party guests have access to the party room/program area only.

Y staff will lock the party room while guests are participating in program activity.
