Preschool
Preschool at the Y is affordable, safe, and engaging! Our experienced program staff are passionate about early childhood education. The program emphasizes hands-on, play-based learning which fosters a child’s natural curiosity and love for learning. We focus on nurturing social and emotional development, helping children build essential skills and self-confidence. Our preschool program is designed to prepare children for school readiness, laying a strong foundation for their academic journey ahead.
Half-day program 3 days per week, days may vary by location.
Preschool will run three sessions a year (Fall, Winter, and Spring)
*Everyone must be potty trained.*
Preschool plans are paid in equal payments over 4 months.

Our three (3) days per week Preschool Program is designed to create a nurturing and engaging environment for children aged 3-5 who are fully potty trained. Our program emphasizes:

- SEL Skill Building: Fostering emotional intelligence through activities that teach empathy, self-regulation, and problem-solving.
- Fine and Gross Motor Development: Activities such as drawing, cutting, and outdoor play to enhance coordination and strength.
- Language Development: Enhancing vocabulary, listening, and communication skills through interactive storytelling and discussions.
- Early Mathematics: Basic number concepts, counting, shapes, and patterns using hands-on materials.
Our balanced approach ensures that children develop a strong foundation in essential skills while enjoying their early learning experiences.
