Homage Mental Health is presenting a 6-week free, peer-to-peer grief support group for older adults 60+ who reside in Snohomish County.

Join us to learn and practice coping skills for managing grief and emotional challenges in a relaxed and supportive setting. Led by mental health specialists, our group encourages participants to share their stories and receive compassionate feedback.

Please note that this support group is tailored for those who were aware that their loved one’s time was approaching.

The group focuses on providing a safe space for healing and support and is not intended for individuals dealing with traumatic events or suicidal ideation.
