We are excited to offer Buddy Personal Training to you and your friend – where you will receive two-to-one Personal Training with our fully certified and experienced Personal Trainers.  Whether you are training to accomplish an athletic feat, fitness goal or just looking for a new way to workout with your training partner, we can design a plan to fit your needs! Not only will receive the same experience as you would at your one-to-one Personal Training session, you will also share the experience with a buddy at a reduced rate. Not only is it more fun to work out with friends, you will also save money together!
