Come take a stroll with us and opt in for a bite to eat afterward!

The Northwest Stream Center provides a wonderful outdoor experience! It is a place to learn about stream, wetland and forest ecology. Highlights include a very unique 1/2-mile long universally accessible Nature Trail. There you will stroll past a Trout Stream Exhibit to view cutthroat trout, fresh-water mussels, sculpin and crawfish. Then you will go onto an Elevated Nature Trail that winds through 20-acres of deep forests and wetlands next to a salmon stream. The entrance fee above will be paid at the entrance to the NW Stream Center. Following our walk and visit to the NW Stream Center, we will gather for an optional lunch at Shawn O’Donnel’s restaurant – just down the street. The Driftwood Players Present: The Savannah Sipping Society By Jones Hope Wooten

Directed by Joe Goins

In this delightful, laugh-a-minute comedy, four unique Southern women, all needing to escape the sameness of their day-to-day routines, are drawn together by Fate—and an impromptu happy hour—and decide it’s high time to reclaim the enthusiasm for life they’ve lost through the years. Over the course of six months, filled with laughter, hilarious misadventures, and the occasional liquid refreshment, these middle-aged women successfully bond and find the confidence to jumpstart their new lives. Together, they discover lasting friendships and a renewed determination to live in the moment—and most importantly, realize it’s never too late to make new old friends. As far as parking goes, the public City of Edmonds parking lot is free to park in. If for some reason the parking lot is already full by the time you arrive, parking along Main Street in front of our theatre on both sides of the street is also free. Our show starts at 2pm, however you can arrive as early as 1pm to our theatre when our ticket lobby opens. There are light concessions available by cash donation as well as a bar available for drink purchase. The House opens for people to start finding their seats starting at about 1:30pm.
