Practice/Games will be either Friday evenings or Saturdays depending on the number of teams at your branch.

This sport is off the wall!
This fast paced, action packed sport combine’s basic soccer play in a walled area. With no out of bounds, this fast and exciting game is perfect for any young player to develop and hone their skills. We encourage fair play, positive competition and family involvement. Games are played indoors at our Y locations. This program teaches fundamental skills in passing, dribbling, defense, and shooting. This fast-paced program has lots of scoring and is fun for all players. The result is irresistible fun with a challenging new team sport.

The YMCA Indoor Soccer Program is open to members and the community from the age of 3 to 12. Indoor soccer is just like soccer played outside, with one exception; It’s played in a gym. The advantages are many:
1st, you’re playing soccer in a controlled environment, meaning no weather hazard… RAIN!
2nd, you are much closer to the action. You get to see everything as it happens and as it develops.
3rd, the playing field-the court–is shorter and narrower, so there is much more action, and more opportunities to score!

And then, of course the walls, which gives the players even more of a chance to score because of the bounces and angled shots off the wall.

The first week will be practices and the following weeks will be games. This fast paced program has lots of scoring and is fun for all players. Game times will vary each week.

6 kids from each team are on the court during the game. There is a YMCA game official at each soccer match to ensure the safety of the children. Volunteers needed to coach all teams.
