Family Camp provides the opportunity for you to strengthen your family bonds in a natural, outdoor setting.
Family Camps provide a full program schedule of activities so that once your family arrives at camp we take care of the rest.

Families will be responsible for their transportation to and from camp.

Winter Family camp fees are priced by cabin. Each cabin has a base rate that covers up to a set number of people. See the registration information for exact pricing by cabin. Additional people can be added dependent on total cabin beds.

The price to add an additional person to a cabin is:

• 6 years and up $120 Member | $145 Non-Member
• 3-5 years $80 Member | $105 Non-Member
• 0-2 years are free to add as an additional person to your cabin

 

Family Camp includes 5 meals, a private cabin, and a full schedule of activities from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. Activities are led by our trained Y Staff.

Check-in will be open at camp anytime between 6-9pm on Friday, December 6.
Check-out will be by 10am Sunday, December 8. More detailed schedules will be sent out prior to Family Camp.

Families come in all shapes and sizes and from all backgrounds. At the Y, we welcome everyone. Our family programs are open to all ages. We are happy to have your family or friends join us.

Supervision of children is ultimately the responsibility of the adult guardian. We encourage our families attending camp to take this time to focus on your relationship to one another and spend activity time together around camp. Our activities are designed to engage both children and adults in quality time together.

For Winter Family Camp all cabins are private cabins that include beds, bathroom, and kitchen. Your exact cabin is assigned based on the size cabin you selected at registration. You will be given your cabin assignment when you arrive at check-in.

YMCA staff are CPR and First Aid, however, families are responsible for their own health/medical care while at Family Camp. Camp will supply basic first aid supplies. Families are to supply their own over the counter and prescription medications as well as transportation to a medical care facility in the event of an accident or sudden illness.

• A $50 per person deposit is due at the time of registration. Deposits for private cabins are set based on the base number of people in the cabin.
• Payment must be received by the YMCA one month prior to the first day of the camp session or the camper will be removed from the camp roster and the original deposit will be forfeited. For your convenience, our system will prompt you to schedule future payments automatically at the time of registration.
• For cancellations or transfers, we require written notice at least one month prior to the start of your camper’s session. Refunds will be given as a YMCA credit when applicable based on the schedule below. Deposits are non-refundable.
Refund requested at least one month prior to family camp: eligible for a refund of fees less the non-refundable $100 deposit. Deposits are not eligible for refunds or credits.Refund requested less than one month prior to family camp: not eligible for any refunds or credits.

No, you do not have to be a YMCA member to register for Summer Camp. However, Y members save per person at Family Camp. To explore Y membership options, visit this page.
When registering for Camp online, you may be prompted to select a membership type. To register for Camp without joining as a Y member, select the membership type, “Non-Member”. This membership type will add no cost to your purchase.
