Campers must be entering 1st-10th grade in the 2024-2025 school year.

Everett Family YMCA
Transportation fee applies to/from the Everett Family YMCA. Transportation is not available for 2 night mini camps.

Bus to or from the Everett YMCA: there is a $20 transportation fee each way. You may choose to use the bus one or both ways.

YMCA Camp Snohomish: Campers may be checked in and picked up at camp. There is no transportation fee associated with this option.
You will be able to add any transportation in the spring when full paperwork is sent out.

• Yes! Your camper is welcome to attend multiple sessions. Please be aware that campers must still be picked up on Friday even if they are registered for the next week of camp.

A comprehensive list of what your child should bring to camp is available in the Overnight Family Handbook and will be emailed out prior to camp.

• Camp is a tech free zone. Phones, smart watches, and other electronic devices must be left at home.
• All meals and snacks will be provided and food should be left at home and not brought into the cabins. If your camper has special dietary needs and will require supplemental food please contact the camp director.

Campers live in cabins with other campers by grades and gender identity, and under the guidance of their assigned camp counselor. At registration campers will have the opportunity to choose a gendered cabin in which they will feel most comfortable for the session. Campers in different age groups and different cabins will have the opportunity to do activities together throughout the week.

Making new friends is part of the camp experience. To ensure that our cabins are welcoming to all, we are only able to honor one friend request. Friend requests must be mutual, and both campers must be the same gender identity and within one grade level of each other.

Cabins have a maximum ratio of 1 staff to 7 campers. Additional staff are also available on camp.

YMCA camp staff are dedicated to providing a safe and wholesome environment for each camper. Cabin Counselors are chosen for their maturity, strong values, enthusiasm, and ability to be positive role models. Cabin Counselors are assigned to cabins based our belief that they will best serve the campers in the cabin to which they are assigned.

Camp staff are background checked and receive more than 60 hours in training prior to the start of camp. Training includes CPR, First Aid, child abuse prevention, emergency procedures, and water safety.

Camp does not cook with or serve peanuts in meals or snacks. Food Services does its best to accommodate all special diets including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free. Care is given to provide nutritionally balanced food, which meets a broad range of dietary needs and preferences. Individualized meal plans are not offered; however, for guests with dietary restrictions, there are places with refrigerators and microwaves if supplemental food is required.

*Times will vary based on age groups. Camp offers a variety of activities throughout the camp day. Your camper will have the chance to experience archery, swimming, arts & crafts, canoeing, group games, sports, STEM, and more!

Registration for YMCA Camp Snohomish opens December 1st.
To begin your registration, follow these steps:
1. Scroll down and make your cabin selection.
2. Press “Registered Selected”.
3. Follow the prompts that appear to login or create your Y account.
4. Select the child you are registering for Camp and complete all required Program Questions.
5. Complete all required waivers.
6. Next, the system will prompt you to review your selections and complete payment.
7. Confirm your selections and complete your payment. Or, to complete additional registrations, add your selection to your cart.
Additional paperwork will be required in order for your child to attend camp. Paperwork will be sent out in February.

• A $100 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration.

• Full payment must be received by the YMCA by June 15th or your camper will be removed from the camp roster and the original deposit will be forfeited. For your convenience, our system will prompt you to schedule future payments automatically at the time of registration.

• For cancellations or transfers, we require written notice at least one month prior to the start of your camper’s session. Refunds will be given as a YMCA credit when applicable based on the schedule below. Deposits are non-refundable.

Refund requested at least one month prior to overnight camp: eligible for a refund of fees less the non-refundable $100 deposit. Deposits are not eligible for refunds or credits. Deposits can only be transferred to another 2024 session of overnight camp.
