Campers will spend their time at camp building friendships and learning new skills through adventure and exploration, all while discovering the Y’s values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. What are the Overnight Camp fees?
Register by February 16th and save on your camp fees!
2-night Sessions – Early Bird Registration – $425 members/$500 non-members
4-night Sessions – Early Bird Registration – $750 members/$825 non-members
5-night Sessions – Early Bird Registration – $915 members/$990 non-members
After February 16th:
2-night Sessions – $475 members/$550 non-members
4-night Sessions – $825 members/$900 non-members
5-night Sessions – $990 members/$1065 non-members
Whidbey Island Residents are eligible for the member rate if they register during early bird. This discount will be applied after your registration is submitted.

Where do I drop off and pick up my camper?
Your drop off and pick up times will vary based on location chosen:

Everett Family YMCA
Transportation fee applies to/from the Everett Family YMCA. Transportation is not available for 2 night mini camps.

What is the transportation fee?
Bus to or from the Everett YMCA: there is a $35 transportation fee each way. You may choose to use the bus one or both ways.
Camp Casey: Campers may be checked in and picked up at camp. There is no transportation fee associated with this option.
You will be able to add any transportation in the spring when full paperwork is sent out.
Can my camper attend multiple sessions of overnight camp?
- Yes! Your camper is welcome to attend multiple sessions. Please be aware that campers must still be picked up at the end of the session even if they are registered for the next session of camp.
What should my child bring to camp?
Is there anything my child should NOT bring?
- Camp is a tech free zone. Phones, smart watches, and other electronic devices must be left at home.
- All meals and snacks will be provided and food should be left at home and not brought into the cabins. If your camper has special dietary needs and will require supplemental food please contact the camp director.

How are campers placed in cabins?

What is the staff to camper ratio?
How are camp counselors chosen and what training do they receive?
YMCA camp staff are dedicated to providing a safe and wholesome environment for each camper. Cabin Counselors are chosen for their maturity, strong values, enthusiasm, and ability to be positive role models. Cabin Counselors are assigned to cabins based our belief that they will best serve the campers in the cabin to which they are assigned.
Camp staff are background checked and receive more than 60 hours in training prior to the start of camp. Training includes CPR, First Aid, child abuse prevention, emergency procedures, and water safety.

*Times will vary based on age groups. Camp offers a variety of activities throughout the camp day. Your camper will have the chance to experience archery, swimming, arts & crafts, canoeing, group games, sports, STEM, and more!
How do I register for overnight camp?
To begin your registration, follow these steps:
1. Scroll down and make your cabin selection.
2. Press “Registered Selected”.
3. Follow the prompts that appear to login or create your Y account.
4. Select the child you are registering for Camp and complete all required Program Questions.
5. Complete all required waivers.
6. Next, the system will prompt you to review your selections and complete payment.
7. Confirm your selections and complete your payment. Or, to complete additional registrations, add your selection to your cart.
Additional paperwork will be required in order for your child to attend camp. Paperwork will be sent out in February.
What are your payment and cancellation policies?
• A $100 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration.
• Full payment must be received by the YMCA by June 16th or your camper will be removed from the camp roster and the original deposit will be forfeited. For your convenience, our system will prompt you to schedule future payments automatically at the time of registration.
• For cancellations or transfers, we require written notice at least one month prior to the start of your camper’s session. Refunds will be given as a YMCA credit when applicable based on the schedule below. Deposits are non-refundable.
Refund requested at least one month prior to overnight camp: eligible for a refund of fees less the non-refundable $100 deposit. Deposits are not eligible for refunds or credits. Deposits can only be transferred to another 2025 session of overnight camp.
Refund requested less than one month prior to overnight camp: not eligible for any refunds or credits.

Entering 11th Grade- Counselors in Training (CITs)
CITs will take the next step into leadership and growth as they receive training and get to practice working with campers. As CITs pair with a younger cabin throughout the week, they will gain valuable experience in guiding and supporting campers, while building essential leadership skills and a strong foundation in child development. CITs will also receive training in activity facilitation and teamwork. It’s the perfect way to take your camp experience to the next level, develop practical skills, and create lasting memories as you grow into a camp leader!
