In martial arts classes, learn physical and mental discipline, develop concentration, and practice the YMCA’s core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.

Martial arts contributes to increased physical strength, flexibility, balance, control, discipline, and spirituality. Students train with others at their own skill level progressing from basic stances, punches, blocks, and kicks to the study of more advanced patterns of movement and defense objectives.

Belt Tests

12/3/22 - 12/3/22

Belt Testing happens quarterly and requires instructor approval.

Please be sure to select the appropriate Belt level for your participant.

Financial assistance is not available for Belt Tests, and other discounts do not apply.
