Join a small group training session and receive personal attention, programming, and progressions incorporated into a group workout setting. Open to all members ages 14+. Consider this budget-friendly option to work with one of our certified trainers.

Mindful Movement

This small group training will introduce participants to movement therapies that enhance their individual needs and movement patterns. Mindful Movement will use self-myofascial release tools, positional breathing drills, bodyweight exercises, plus dynamic and static stretching activities to support each client and meet them where they are at.

*Participants must be able to get up and down from the ground without support, kneel, and plank to join this session.

Welcome to Nutrition 101
In this course we will learn how to properly read food labels while also learning how to avoid the processed food sections while grocery shopping. As a group, we will dive into the importance of a “whole foods” way of eating. We will learn about Disease Prevention, utilizing good nutrition and the importance of exercise to obtain optimal health. Our course will end with a celebration in which we will have a small cooking demo utilizing the techniques learned during our time together!
