Join a small group training session and receive personal attention, programming, and progressions incorporated into a group workout setting. During your first session your trainer will conduct a movement assessment based on the format needs. Open to all members ages 14+. This Cardio and Core Small Group Training will help you hit a new level of fitness. You can expect a high-intensity workout that combines cardio exercises with core stabilizing moves led by personal trainer Ashley. The combination of cardio and core exercises in this training group will help you burn calories, increase your endurance, and build lean muscles. Cardio exercises may include activities such as burpees and box jumps, while core exercises target the abdominal muscles through movements such as bear crawls, get ups, and battle ropes. Fundamentals of Weightlifting

Weight Lifting is a type of strength training that uses weights for resistance. By creating a stress to the muscles performed with free weights (e.g. barbells and dumbbells) or by using weight machines, these exercises will enable muscles to be activated and get stronger. Our sessions are designed to give you the opportunity to learn weight training concepts and techniques used for obtaining optimal physical fitness and put them into practice. You will understand the basic fundamentals of weight training, strength training, aerobic training, and overall fitness training and conditioning while experiencing the results in our training sessions.

Move for Life

During the Move for Life Small Group Training program, you will work with a certified personal trainer who will guide you through a variety of exercises that are designed to improve your functional movements to keep you active for as you age. You will engage in a mix of floor to standing work, strength training, and balance exercises that are carefully selected to help you develop better stability. This class is also a great way to aid in fall prevention.

The small group format of this class means that you will receive personalized attention from your trainer and be able to work alongside other like-minded individuals who are all dedicated to improving their health and fitness. This supportive and motivating environment will help you stay on track and achieve your fitness goals.

Move for Life is offered Monday morning with Ashley and Thursday mid-morning with Carleeh; you can sign up for once a week or choose both for twice a week!

Women’s Power hour is a small group training led by Carleeh. This group will develop the fundamental weightlifting patterns of push, pull, squat, hinge, lunge, and carry. Not only will we use kettlebells, barbells, and dumbbells, but we will play with battle ropes and slam balls. You can expect to push yourself past your comfort zone and find your strong.
