Small Group Training
Join a small group training session and receive personal attention, programming, and progressions incorporated into a group workout setting. Open to all members ages 14+. Consider this budget-friendly option to work with one of our certified trainers.
*Makeup sessions are not available for missed days.
Mindful Movement
This small group training will introduce participants to movement therapies that enhance their individual needs and movement patterns. Mindful Movement will use self-myofascial release tools, positional breathing drills, bodyweight exercises, plus dynamic and static stretching activities to support each client and meet them where they are at.
*Participants must be able to get up and down from the ground without support, kneel, and plank to join this session.

Strength Training 101
In this informative 5 session workshop participants will learn proper body position and form for weight training. Other session topics that will be covered are:

Teen Strength Training 101
Build confidence, strength, and solid technique in this small-group training program designed specifically for teens. Participants will learn the fundamentals of essential lifts—including squats, deadlifts, and bench press—while being introduced to functional weight-training movements that support overall athleticism and everyday performance. With expert coaching in a supportive environment, teens will develop safe lifting habits, improve form, and gain the skills they need to continue their fitness journey.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga target the connective tissue and fascia in our bodies with poses held for 3-5 minutes at a time, which assists with joint mobility, flexibility, and circulation while aiding in stress reduction. In this series, we will also learn the history of Yin Yoga, the benefits of each pose, and practice breathing techniques to help soften the mind and body.
