Women Strong-Strength Training for Beginners

Women Strong will help you develop an understanding of fundamental weightlifting with the patterns of push, pull, squat, hinge, lunge, and carry. We will use kettlebells, barbells, and dumbbells, and will have the opportunity to play with battle ropes and slam balls.
