Intro to Strength Training

Train with friends in a fun, circuit-style format using different equipment each week.

You’ll work with stability balls, resistance bands, kettlebells, BOSU trainers, free weights, and more. Build strength, improve core stability, and discover new ways to enhance your overall fitness. Each session focuses on fundamental movement patterns—squats, hinges, lunges, pushes, pulls, rotations, and bracing your center—using tools like dumbbells, TRX, and bodyweight exercises.

Mindful Movement

This small group training will introduce participants to movement therapies that enhance their individual needs and movement patterns. Mindful Movement will use self-myofascial release tools, positional breathing drills, bodyweight exercises, plus dynamic and static stretching activities to support each client and meet them where they are at.

*Participants must be able to get up and down from the ground without support, kneel, and plank to join this session.
