Join a small group training session and receive personal attention, programming, and progressions incorporated into a group workout setting. During your first session your trainer will conduct a movement assessment based on the format needs. Open to all members ages 14+. Basic Weightlifting
Learn basic weightlifting exercises focusing on technique and form, providing modifications for each participant. Sessions will start with an instructional breakdown, then we will pump up the music and the energy for a circuit workout using the exercises just learned. This training is great for people who have done little or no strength training before.

Beginner Strength and Conditioning Training
These sessions are perfect for anyone wishing to learn how to work-out safely t in our Wellness Center with multiple different tools including Dumbbells, Barbells, Bosu balls, TRX. Will include 4 main free weight lifts (squat, deadlift, overhead press, and chest press) as well as cardiovascular training with focus on building endurance and speed.

Foam Rolling with Yoga

Fundamentals of Weightlifting
Weight Lifting is a type of strength training that uses weights for resistance. By creating a stress to the muscles performed with free weights (e.g. barbells and dumbbells) or by using weight machines, these exercises will enable muscles to be activated and get stronger. Our sessions are designed to give you the opportunity to learn weight training concepts and techniques used for obtaining optimal physical fitness and put them into practice. You will understand the basic fundamentals of weight training, strength training, aerobic training, and overall fitness training and conditioning while experiencing the results in our training sessions.

Nutrition 101
Welcome to Nutrition 101
In this course we will learn how to properly read food labels while also learning how to avoid the processed food sections while grocery shopping. As a group, we will dive into the importance of a “whole foods” way of eating. We will learn about Disease Prevention, utilizing good nutrition and the importance of exercise to obtain optimal health. Our course will end with a celebration in which we will have a small cooking demo utilizing the techniques learned during our time together!

Strengthen & Tone

Target Zone Training
This woman-only small group focuses heavily on hormonally affected areas that women often seek personal training for such as arms, pelvic floor, core (glutes/lower abdominals), and bone density. This group is especially beneficial for women who have experienced pregnancy and/or menopause, but class is open to any woman. This one day a week group is for busy women who want a personal trainer led weightlifting/mobility workout. Carleeh will lead you through a specific target zone each week and at the end of the 5 weeks you will have 5 programmed workouts to take with you.
The zones are Glutes, Hip/Thigh, Arms, Pelvic floor/Core, and Heart rate/load bearing weight. Each zone will include its own mobility routine.
