Teen Strength Training 101

Participants will learn the fundamentals of essential lifts—including squats, deadlifts, and bench press—while being introduced to functional weight-training movements that support overall athleticism and everyday performance. With expert coaching in a supportive environment, teens will develop safe lifting habits, improve form, and gain the skills they need to continue their fitness journey.
