Flag Football is one of America’s most exciting and fastest growing sports and you can get your start here at the YMCA. NFL Flag Football is a recreational program designed for youth ages 5-15, providing them with the opportunity to experience the sports with a focus is on skill development, sportsmanship, and fun. Teams will practice once or twice a week with weekly games against other YMCA of Snohomish County teams. Practice days and times will be at the discretion of the coach.
