YMCA of Snohomish County Raises Over $1.6 Million in 2026 Community Campaign

The YMCA of Snohomish County celebrated a successful 2026 Community Campaign, with every branch meeting its fundraising goal and collectively raising more than $1.6 million.

The Community Campaign is the Y’s largest annual fundraising effort, powered this year by 340 dedicated staff and volunteers and the generosity of more than 3,100 individual donors. Funds raised will provide direct financial assistance and subsidize programs, ensuring that people of all ages and backgrounds can access YMCA memberships, programs, and services.

“This achievement reflects the strength and generosity of our community,” said Peyton Tune, President and CEO of the YMCA of Snohomish County. “Because of this support, we can continue removing barriers and meeting people where they are, so everyone has the opportunity to thrive.”

This year’s campaign also marked a meaningful milestone, with YMCA Camp Casey participating in its first-ever Community Campaign, expanding the reach and impact of this collective effort into Island County.

Campaign funds will support key community priorities, including youth development, combating social isolation among seniors, expanding access to affordable child care, and strengthening overall community well-being. Through these investments, thousands of residents in Snohomish and Island counties will experience the sense of belonging, connection, and support that defines the Y.

“Every dollar raised is a direct investment in people, helping kids grow, families stay supported, and individuals feel connected,” Tune added. “We are grateful to every volunteer, donor, and partner who made this campaign possible and helped advance our mission.”
